Preschool Yoga: Ages 2-5
A yoga practice designed for preschoolers! Going over very basic breathing techniques and postures, we begin to discover the benefits of mindfulness and how to take it off the mat.
Youth Yoga: Ages 6-9
Through movement, we build strength, flexibility, and mobility in both the mind and the body by focusing on bringing yoga off the mat. This series teaches kids awareness - of their bodies, their thoughts, their actions - and how it affects the world around them.
