Hatha

Hatha Yoga is great for all level from beginners to advanced. Connecting the movements of the body to the breath creates a great stretch and leaves the body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Focusing on the breath and alignment in energized postures for a deep emotional and physical release. Hatha is also a wonderful compliment to any exercise regime, including more rigorous forms of yoga.

Power Flow

Power Flow is a faster paced class that's designed to make you sweat! Moving with the breath and flowing from pose to pose, this class gets you out of your head and into your body!

Sivananda

Following a set series of 12 poses, the Sivananda series opens the energy channels and chakras while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, postures also calm the mind and reduce stress. Open to any level this class is as easy or challenging as you make it. 

Restorative

The yoga of being, rather than doing, a restorative practice is designed to recharge the mind and body through very minor movements and heavy relaxation. This class is open to any and all levels. 

Yin

A practice designed to challenge the mind, Yin poses are traditionally held for 3-8 minutes, with a focus on working on the deep connective tissues in the body. The postures tend to be physically easy, however the practice is mentally challenging. The goal is to find a place of inner stillness and meditation through the breath and relaxation

Kids Yoga!

Preschoolers: 2-5yrs Youth Yoga: 6-9yrs

Preschool Yoga: Ages 2-5

A yoga practice designed for preschoolers! Going over very basic breathing techniques and postures, we begin to discover the benefits of mindfulness and how to take it off the mat. 

Youth Yoga: Ages 6-9

Through movement, we build strength, flexibility, and mobility in both the mind and the body by focusing on bringing yoga off the mat. This series teaches kids awareness - of their bodies, their thoughts, their actions - and how it affects the world around them.

Teen Yoga

Preteen Yoga: 10-13yrs Teen Yoga:14-17yrs

Preteen Yoga: Ages 10-13

This fun series is designed to get you MOVING! With a focus on balance, this class takes a look at all aspects of the meaning of balance and how to create balance in our day to day lives. 

Teen Yoga: Ages 14-17

These classes have a heavy focus on exploration. We learn to approach the poses (and life) with a playful curiosity, and an open heart, while learning to trust the self.
